If you are running late, please let us know in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours prior notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
As much as we love seeing your little ones, we ask that you do not bring children under 5 or pets into the salon. Hair salons are full of chemicals and sharp objects, please do your part to keep your little ones safe!
While we will do our best to protect your clothing, stains from hair dyes and chemicals sometimes happen. Please do not wear anything to your appointment that you do not wish to get stained. Also, please keep in mind that items that obscure the neck (e.g., turtlenecks, hoodies, bulky collars, dangly jewelry) may interfere with the hairstyling process.
